Hamilton, NJ – Citizens for New Jersey Election Integrity is proud to announce its Second Annual Election Integrity Conference, taking place from 9:30am to 4pm on Friday, March 7, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn, 800 Route 130, Hamilton, NJ. This year’s event will focus on ballot initiatives and referendums in New Jersey, with particular attention to communities governed under the Faulkner Act.

As New Jersey prepares for a vitally important Gubernatorial election year, election integrity takes center stage in the Garden State.

This conference will provide an opportunity for community leaders, advocates, and concerned citizens to gain insights provided by Matt Moench, partner at King, Moench &Collins LLP into New Jersey’s ballot initiative and referendum processes. Matt will also highlight how voters can engage more effectively in Faulkner Act municipalities, where local governance structures often shape the way citizens can propose and vote on key issues.

The conference will also feature:

  • Bill Eames from Working Together New Jersey providing a legislative update covering recent developments and proposed changes to New Jersey’s election laws. This session will provide attendees with up-to-date information on pending bills and regulatory changes that could impact election administration and voter participation in the state.
  • Dorothy Bolinsky, partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle and Reath LLP’s Real Estate Group.  Dottie will share her unique insight into the different ways that citizens can become involved in their local election process.  Dottie has worked as a poll worker, a poll challenger, a volunteer election day attorney and most recently in this past November election leading Curtis Bashaw’s election day “war room”.
  • Cleta Mitchell, Senior Legal Fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute and founder of the National Election Integrity Network.  Cleta joins us via Zoom for a discussion on the U.S. Citizens Election Bill of Rights.  Cleta will also give us an update on the status of federal election integrity legislation.
